NEW RELEASES

The first song.
A new beginning.

Here we will introduce new songs, books and other creative releases, one work at a time. Our first professional recording will be The Silver Eagles, from A Song for the Generations.

FIRST PROFESSIONAL SONG RECORDING · NOVEMBER 2026

The Silver
Eagles.

“The closer grows eternity,
the farther I can see.”

There comes a time when experience becomes something we can offer. The Silver Eagles asks what our years have taught us about the sky—and how that wisdom might help someone younger discover what wings are for.

Professional production and recording are expected to be completed by the end of November 2026. Release details will be shared here as they are confirmed.

Verse 1

I have flown above the canyons
I have crossed the winter snow
I have chased a thousand mornings
Over valleys far below
I have seen bright peaks of promise
Calling eagles from afar
Some were only painted shadows
Some were less than what they are

Chorus

Fly with me, young eagle
While the morning winds still blow
I learned how to fly long before
I learned what wings were for
The closer grows eternity
The farther I can see
And the Lion left me here awhile
To help you learn to see

Verse 2

I spent years learning the currents
Years learning the open sky
Yet somehow missed the greater thing
That waited all the while
I thought He stood between me
And every dream I’d known
I found He was the sky beyond
The sky I’d called my own

Chorus

Fly with me, young eagle
While the morning winds still blow
I learned how to fly long before
I learned what wings were for
The closer grows eternity
The farther I can see
And the Lion left me here awhile
To help you learn to see

Bridge

I still recall the storm clouds
That filled my younger sky
The Lion breathed across them
And left them far behind
Only endless light before me
And Home beyond the clouds

Final Chorus

Rise, silver eagles
Lift your eyes and look ahead
We have more wind before us now
Than all the wind we’ve run
The Lion taught us not just flight
He taught us why we soar
Rise, silver eagles
And show the young what wings are for

Outro

And when your feathers turn silver
And your eyes can see afar
Stand where now I stand, young eagle
And tell them who they are
I found the Lion smiling
And asking,
“Who did you guide home?”
Guide the young eagles home…
Guide the young eagles home…
